North East Derbyshire District Council are seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake the completion of the Bailey Square Development works in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, which have been partially constructed under a previous contract. The site is located off Broadleys (S45 PJE) and forms part of the NEDDC Town Centre Regeneration project.

This opportunity (“Contract”) is for a single supplier to provide: 1. Civil Works and CDM Principal Designer/Principal Contractor Role for the ISO11 Fumigation Lobby Replacement Project. 2. Conversion of Structural Engineer’s drawings to Construction Drawings. 3. Liaison with Local Authority to ensure compliance with Building Control.
