Electrical installation work tenders (CPV 45310000)

The electrical works under this contract comprise the modification and extension of the existing Main Intake electrical infrastructure to accommodate the relocation of the existing Pathology generator to the Main Intake generator house, the installation of new low voltage distribution equipment, and associated high voltage (HV) upgrade works.

Of the General Needs flat blocks tested in 2025, 59 parent installations have been identified as needing a rewire due to their age and condition. Some of the installations serve more than one block. There are 103 blocks served by the 59 parent installations. The Council intends to enter into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer (the “Service Provider”) on a 9-month contract term.

The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake utility infrastructure upgrades and extensions within the Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre (MMIC) facility.
