Bernicia is seeking to appoint a competent, experienced and reliable contractor to undertake the removal, disposal and replacement of existing lift equipment with a new Machine Room-Less (MRL) traction lift system, including all associated mechanical, electrical, control and safety components. Works will include the decommissioning and safe removal of the existing lift installation, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and certification of the new lift equipment.
