KWL are seeking Sub-contractor to carry out Roof Replacement Works to Hull City Council's Domestic Properties. It is expected that work will commence in November 2026 with works expected to be completed by April 2028. The works will cover re-roofing works to approximately 245 Properties As part of the Scheme of Works there are also requirements for additional sub-contractors for the provision of Flat Roofs, Shed Refurbishments, Relocation of Aerials and Satellites and Scaffolding. The available work packages will be awarded in Lots, as followis Lot 1 - Pitch Roofing Lot 2 - Flat Roofing Lot 3 - Building - Shed Refurbishment Lot 4 - Aerial and Satellite Relocation Lot 5 - Scaffolding

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide footpath improvement works with West Carr area, Kingston upon Hull. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 26 October 2026 ending by 15 January 2027 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the works to be £116,000 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. The tender requirement is for the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake relevant works required for the removal of fuel tanks at the former Pendragon Garage, Holderness Road, Kingston upon Hull.
