Builder Tenders in Kirkby in Ashfield

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (the 'Council') (ADC), The Towns Fund Walking & Cycling Enhancement Project is one of Ashfield District Council's Towns Funded projects. The project aims to create safe/desirable signed routes through the enhancement of existing route. The works will consist of enhancements to the existing Public Rights of Way (PROW) to provide enhanced cycling and walking facilities. This will include removal of existing surfacing, earthworks, drainage improvements, resurfacing and implementation of signage and vegetation improvement across Route 4a, 4c and 4d

Ashfield District Council is seeking to appoint at least 2 Contractors and no more than 3 Contractors to undertake general building repairs and maintenance work to properties throughout the District of Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. The work requirements have been split into 3 lots geographically: Lot 1 - Hucknall Area Lot 2 - Sutton Area Lot 3 - Kirkby & Rural area
