South Ribble Borough Council is seeking tenders for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three new indoor padel courts to be created within the existing indoor tennis hall at South Ribble Tennis & Fitness Centre, Cuerden Way, Bamber Bridge, Lancashire PR5 6BJ. This project supports the organisation's strategic aim to expand its racquet sport offer, increase participation, and enhance community access to high quality, modern sports facilities.

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties Boundary Pightle. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to the existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following: • Associated plumbing and M&E services alteration • Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property • General building works • Associated external works • Anticipated works period 28 weeks. Bidders should refer to the Specification for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contracts. Bidders are required to review the Specifications, plans and project information, in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements.
