Builder Tenders in Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes City Council is out to tender for the provision of upgrade of flat roof covering at Sherington C of E School. The works will include the full strip of the existing flat roof covering to the deck. Installation of new built up felt roofing system with insulation. Milton Keynes City Council are currently out to tender for the Refurbishment works at two Council-owned properties at 8 Barbara Mews in Neathhill and 68/69 Quantock Crescent in Emerson Valley areas of Milton Keynes. The Council proposes to enter into a contract that will be for a term of 8 weeks (installation and completion) with the successful tenderer.

The objective of this procurement is to appoint Clerk of Works (CoW) services to oversee the construction stage of the Agora development. The CoW will be involved throughout the entire build stage and will work alongside the MKCC client team and their appointed construction partner.
