Stoke-on-Trent City Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the demolition of the Former Iceland Store (Hanley) - 19 Charles Street, Hanley.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs & Maintenance Service's department are looking to appoint two contractors to carry out drainage repairs and call outs in council owned properties within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent. The works will include (but are not limited to), clearing blocked drains by pressure jetting, undertaking CCTV surveys, excavating, locating and replacing existing drains and carrying out repairs to existing drains. The initial contract term will be 2 years with the option to extend by a maximum of 24 months.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs and Maintenance Service's department are looking to appoint up to three contractors to carry out the internal and external alterations to Council owned properties withing the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent. The works will include (but are not limited to), level access showers, bathroom alterations, kitchen alterations, door widening, handrail installation and ramped access to properties. The JCT 2024 Measure Term Contract will be for four years, with an anticipated start date of October 2026.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to procure a framework on behalf of its Repairs and Maintenance division for the provision of kitchen and bathroom replacements. Scope; Supply and installation of complete kitchen and bathroom replacements, including: Associated alterations (plumbing, electrics, gas, finishes).Non-licensed asbestos removal and management of licensed asbestos. Structural alterations and demolition works where required.
