Repairs & Capital Framework

The Framework is intended to provide national contractual support to Places for People Group Ltd (PfP) Operations Directorate, supplementing its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of responsive repairs and capital component replacement works across the Group’s housing stock, as well as individual specialist lots for roofing projects, drainage and scaffolding/access services. The scope of the Framework also extends to additional repair and capital delivery requirements from other areas of the Group, including PfP Students (accommodation).
