5499 - Cwmcarn Primary School - Damp Proofing Works

You are invited to submit a tender for Damp Proofing Works at Cwmcarn Primary School. The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 but in summary the scope is: - New tanking, plaster boarding and skim finish to internal walls - Repoint stonework/brick windows details - Redecoration and floor protections - Check RWG’s and refit where necessary. - Protect areas not included in these works. - Works must be completed during School Summer holidays 20th July – 28th August 2026 -All site visits must be pre-arranged via the school, you will not be allowed to visit the school unless this has been carried out.
