ABC is looking to procure a contractor to build a depot at Ninn Lane for ABC Direct Services, which is a former wastepaper recycling site with multiple concrete buildings and hard standings. ABC requires the construction of three (3) new industrial buildings, including demolition of existing structures, all associated building works (excluding Solar Panels), MEP installations, external works (excluding landscaping works), and all activities required for the complete execution and handover of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. This is being procured via the Competitive Flexible Procedure in 2 stages. This is the first stage expression of interest (EOI).
