The building now requires aesthetic modernisation to improve its presentation, enhance user experience, and ensure it continues to meet the expectations of golfers, visitors, staff, and the wider community. Refurbishment is necessary to create a high-quality, welcoming, and professionally presented facility that aligns with New Forest District Council's leisure service standards and supports the Council's wider objectives for maintaining attractive, safe and well-maintained public assets.
