Description

Groundworks to scrap and clear all current stone and make smooth for eco grid install. Any waste produced removed from site under license. Edging of carpark lawn migration scraped back to clear edge. * Supply and install type1 hardcore to level and lay grids on approx 950 m2. Grids to be supplied and laid. * Circa 18 car park spaces to be marked out with eco grid caps. - Design from contractor to maximise the available spaces 18 at minimum to be provided. * Allow for 20-40mm local Newbury flint for hardwearing nature to be used to infill the grid base • Square footage -approx c950m2 - allowing for wastage and 10% discrepancy. Contractor will be expected to visit site and provide accurate measurements and design space to accommodate at least 18 car park spaces. • Car parking spaces would be marked up using a spacing cap that sits into the hexagonal hole of the grid itself. • Expect excavation down 250mm with a min 200mm base on top of whatever form base is below already. The base is permeable with the land running slightly to the ditch. We wouldn't anticipate any drainage being required.
